When to Get Tested

Testing is part of the Saskatchewan Health Authority's strategy to limit the spread of COVID-19 and is prioritizing symptomatic and at-risk residents. Includes information about antibody testing.

Where to get Tested

Diagnostic testing for COVID-19 is available through the Saskatchewan Health Authority by referral from HealthLine 811 or a health care provider.

You may receive your test result information by phone, through MySaskHealthRecord, or through an automated notification service. You may still be required to provide negative test results following a COVID-19 infection.

Proof of Negative Testing

There are a number of different service providers in the province offering testing for a fee. Anyone requiring a proof of negative COVID-19 test in Saskatchewan must be tested at a service provider authorized by the Ministry of Health.

Monoclonal Antibody Treatment

Monoclonal antibodies are available for eligible patients who have contracted COVID-19. If you have tested positive and are within five days of being symptomatic, you may be referred for treatment.
